Open to junior golfers 7 to 17 years old, the San Diego Junior Club at Torrey Pines
is a year-round program for San Diego kids and visitors.
There are three group Skills Clinics available to our students on Saturday afternoon (2:30 pm to 4 pm) is the “Beginner Clinic” (4:30 pm to 5:30 pm) is our “S.N.A.G. Clinic” and (4:30 pm to 6 pm) is our “Advanced Clinic.” On Sunday morning there are two Skills Clinics starting at (8:30 am to 10 am) is our “Advanced Clinic” (10:30 am to 12 pm) is our “Beginner Clinic.” Our student to instructor ratio is approximately 8:1 in all of these clinics except the “S.N.A.G. Clinic” where we have a 4:1 ratio. Clinics are based on a monthly curriculum that covers everything from hitting the driver to rules and etiquette. Purchase an unlimited monthly pass for $80, or a one-time clinic fee at $20.
On-course playing lessons for local residents are available after 3 P.M. Monday through Thursdays for kids that are ages 7 to 17 years old (Holidays and special events excluded). To participate in lessons on the course, students must purchase a resident golfer ID card ($25 yearly fee) and a monthly play pass ($10.50 per month) from the San Diego city golf operations office.
